Shame
- Shame wants you to hide.
- Shame will prevent you from seeking help, because shame doesn't want you to be free.
- Everyone has a story about their past and current lives, shame doesn't want you to know that.
- Shame wants you to remain the same, so shame can keep you in bondage.
- Shame will speak loudly at your faults, but won't tell you that we all have them.
- Shame will keep you from facing your fears.
- Shame will keep in your thoughts, what would people, friends and especially family think if they knew.
- Shame knows if you seek help, the power it once had over you will lessen, and you can begin to heal.
